Hwann-yoon F. Chung
Hwan-yoon is a Principal of Metalmark Capital LLC, a private equity investment group. Previously, Chung was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. He joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in 1998. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Chung was an Associate in the Restructuring and Reorganization Group at The Blackstone Group L.P. Mr. Chung is currently a director of EnerSys and as well as several other companies.
Mr. Chung graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he was awarded a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in Philosophy from the College of Arts & Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania.
