Tim J. Connor
Vice President Engineering
Mr. Connor has over 20 years of power system design, integration, production and operations experience. Prior to joining SolarReserve, Mr. Connor was the Director of Business Development at Hamilton Sundstrand Rocketdyne where he was responsible for leading concentrated solar, space and nuclear power technology development programs, and related strategic planning and business development initiatives. While at Rocketdyne, Mr. Connor was also responsible for leading a molten salt, central power tower receiver development and risk mitigation program for an international client. Mr. Connor has led many highly successful engineering and technology development programs over his career including the design and production of hot-gas path related components for large-frame industrial gas turbines.
Prior to Rocketdyne, Mr. Connor worked in Saudi Arabia as a telecommunications programmer for Dynarabia, Ltd. Mr. Connor earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from California State University Northridge, and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
